These terms govern your use of Normfluss. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Normfluss runs automated accessibility checks on documents and, for account holders, supports remediation and issues an evidence record of what was tested.
What the check is — and is not
Our automated check reports what it FOUND against machine-checkable criteria. It is observational, not a legal-compliance determination. Some accessibility criteria require human judgement and are outside the automated scope; the results state which. Nothing in the service is legal advice, and an evidence record is a record of what was tested, not a certification of compliance.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to upload the documents you submit, and must not use the service unlawfully or to process content you are not permitted to process.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We offer two-factor authentication and recommend enabling it.
Billing
Paid features are billed via our Merchant of Record, Paddle, on the terms shown at checkout. [[ TO BE SUPPLIED ]] (refund / cancellation terms).
