Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how you may use the Normfluss platform and API. It exists to keep the platform safe and lawful for everyone. It forms part of, and is governed by, the Terms of Service.
Documents you may process
You may upload and remediate documents that you own or are authorised to process. You are responsible for having the right to upload each document and for the personal data any document contains. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share with a processor.
Prohibited use
You must not use the platform or API to:
- upload unlawful content, malware, or documents you have no right to process;
- attempt to breach, probe, or overload the platform, other tenants' data, or the API rate limits;
- reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without authorisation;
- misrepresent the platform's output — Normfluss reports technical conformance against a stated testing scope; it is not a legal compliance certification (see Terms).
API and automated access
API access is governed by your plan's rate limits and credit allotment. Automated use must stay within those limits; circumventing metering or quota enforcement is a breach of this policy.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this policy, in line with the Terms of Service. Where possible we will give notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect the platform or its users.
